We're Hiring A Part-time Retail Associate

We are looking for a permanent part-time (15-20 hours/week) retail associate with potential for growth. This position has somewhat set hours and could be a good fit for someone with an open schedule. Weekend availability is a must.


  • Has a welcoming, friendly personality and positive attitude
  • Enjoys interacting with customers
  • MUST be available to work these hours:
    Monday 1–5 pm
    Thursday 10 am–2 pm
    Friday 1–5 pm
    *more hours might be requested if available
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Eagerness to learn, reliable, and hardworking


  • Assisting customers finding gifts and correct clothing sizes for children
  • Maintaining shop appearance: keeping tidy and clean
  • Assisting checking in incoming orders and maintaining database of products in Shopify e-commerce and POS system
  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Checking in shipments from incoming vendors and adding new items to our POS
  • Visual merchandising
  • Occasional assistance with styling and taking photos for social media
  • Helping with setup/breakdown of classes or events in the back activity space
  • Helping with misc. BOH tasks as needed
