Back of earlobe across the tip of the nose or top lip to the back of the opposite earlobe.

XS/S: 9–11 inches
S/M: 10–12 inches
M/L: 11–13 inches

Approximate ages:
XS/S: 2–4 years old
S/M: 4–7 years old
M/L: 7–12 years old (some adults)
