Sarah has been making toys for 30 years. She was inspired to create Sarah's Silks while raising her three imaginative sons in Waldorf education. Our mission is to inspire imaginative play in children through open-ended toys made from natural materials. Play is the work of the child. Play is where the child learns, grows, and develops their head, heart, and hands. Open-ended play materials like Playsilks provide the child with tools to nurture their natural creativity and imagination.
