Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer free ground shipping* on orders of $150 or more within the contiguous United States. Order must total $150 after all discounts or promotions are applied. *Free shipping does not apply to Emily Arrow Learner Kits or any other Kala ukuleles.

Shipping Methods

All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays). Orders purchased on The Getalong will be shipped, insured, and tracked via US Postal Service Priority Mail (2–3 day shipping).

You can also select in-store pickup and your items will be ready for you at the shop within one hour during business hours.

Currently, we are not set up for shipping outside of the United States.
