A blend from my experience to yours. I created this blend during my postpartum time, adding each herb as I saw the need. Blended to be deeply nourishing, calming yet strengthening, uterine tonifying, digestive supportive and restorative. These herbs have no known contraindications while nursing but do as you feel most safe.
