"If I Could Go Back In Time" is the debut album from GOOD DAY DEAN. More than just a happy children's album, this is a collection of songs that people of all ages can relate to. In the spirit of Disney, Randy Newman, They Might Be Giants, etc., Dean's approach was to record an album that would be embraced by children and adults alike. And if you couldn't hear and/or understand the lyrics, you might not even know this is a kids record.
These are songs about moving through life's challenges, songs about treating each other and the planet with compassion, songs about the power of music. Above all though, this is an album about appreciating life and not taking things too seriously.
In addition, this is an album that parents can enjoy experiencing WITH their kids. If you're a fan of albums like the Jungle Book soundtrack, then there's a good chance you'll also dig this. If you're expecting Cocomelon, then this might not do it for you.
